    Transcript of Maggie Marshall Interview:

Time and Date of Interview: Aug 3rd, 2009,
Location: via cell phone- the connection was sketchy..Detective Dobbins conducted this interview from her flight to Paris…]
    Detective (D)
    Witness (M)

    D- is for detective
    M- is for Maggie
D: Is this Margaret Marshall? Director of Music and long time All Saints Member?
M- Yes- I am Maggie Marshall- can I ask who I am speaking with?
D- I am sorry ma’am, but I am the detective and I will be asking the questions. Would you be wondering who I am? I am Detective Cassandra Dobbins of the E and G Agency Detectives and I am calling you about the missing Paschal Candle. What can you tell me about this case?
M- Well, I left the strange photograph I found in the organ in the Church Office to give to the Mystery Club. I think it is a clue.
D- I am sorry ma’am, but only detectives can determine what is and is not a clue. After much detecting, we have determined that the photo you left does seem to be a clue and we have turned it over to the mystery club to investigate. Do you have any thoughts on who might have borrowed the candle and why?
M- Yes. I have several theories about who has the candle and why…..(phone static….)…. It seems to all fit together to me.
D- I am sorry ma’am, but your phone is breaking up. I didn’t catch your theory about who has the candle and why. My colleague, Inspector Dreusue, would like me to ask you if you have seen any suspicious worms in the area around the time of the disappearance or since then, since it is a known criminal fact that criminals like to return to the scene of the crime and we have noticed a large number of suspicious worms around All Saints in the course of our investigation.
M- Excuse me, are you asking me about worms?
D- Not just any worms, suspicious worms.
M- Are you for real? Do you work for T. Barry Evanington? You sound just like him. I know him from his time at All Saints when we were all teens together and he was always playing crazy games and practical jokes and if I were the kids on the mystery club I would look more closely at your organization- E and G agency Detectives- doesn’t that spell EGAD! Isn’t that a little odd? I think the kids should know that three of us were friends at All Saints and I suspect the third friend of being involved in this game…
    D- I am sorry- you are breaking up…I can’t hear you anymore….
M- That’s odd- because you sound perfectly clear to me. And I was just about to tell you that I think the person who has the candle is….
D- So sad. The call is lost…..and she never answered the questions about the worms….very suspicious.

CLUE WAS TAGGED AND FILED- INTERVIEW ENDED

  • Ready Set Go!!

Can we solve this case in time???
